Dr. Wakefield has been an Active Release Technique provider for 18 years and an A.R.T. instructor since 2001. Preston currently works with two professional sports teams, musicians and amateur golfers. He specializes in spotting and fixing the physical problems that limit athletic performance.

Preston is a very exciting addition to our team as his specialty in A.R.T. is crucial to the golf program. He will be working on severe physical limitations due to overused muscles or soft tissue muscle problems. Problems associated with golf include back pain, tight shoulders, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, sciatica, and hip mobility. Preston will work closely with Sarah's golf program to assist with serious limitations that need to be addressed before swing changes can be made.
