Before starting any lesson program, we complete a full evaluation to determine the specific needs for the individual. We then customize a program based on the needs and goals for the students.
Utilizing our physical screening process, we then measure your ability to generate and transfer speed and determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body. We will isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your swing technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program.
Following a sports injury, I came to Sarah in May 2008 as a 16.3 handicap with the goal of getting down to a 10 by year end. Sarah's years of teaching experience gave her a full understanding of my swing and physical abilities. Sarah and I worked to simplify my swing and tempo. With Sarah's help along with Jim Cotta's physical training, I got down to a 10 by November! Sarah truly understands that each golfer is different, both physically and mentally, and she tailors her instruction to confidently assist you in meeting your personal golf goals.”

We first measure the efficiency of the swing using the K-Vest and the Kinematic Sequence. This provides a precise picture of what is happening during your swing. We can then match your swing technique with your physical attributes to help you build a more repeatable and efficient golf swing.
Students will also complete an extensive full swing, short game and putting skills evaluation. The information collected in the evaluation process will help us develop a program that fits your goals.
